Pickup:
Free local pickup in Pooler GA at the salon studio. Please send an email to: elriashcollective@gmail.com to schedule a pickup/date/time and address.
Orders Processing & Shipping
We currently only ship within the United States only. Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders of $75 or more(before tax). Orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days to process all orders. Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. Please note that delays due to weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur. We are not responsible for lost/ stolen/ damage packages.
Please carefully review and confirm your shipping address before completing your purchase. Orders will only be shipped to the shipping address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Are Elriash Collective products suitable for all hair textures?
Yes! Our professional hair care products are thoughtfully formulated to complement all hair textures, from straight to coily. Our goal is to help every customer achieve healthy, beautiful hair.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL:
Due to the nature of our products, all purchases are final. We do Not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on hair care products or merchandise.
Please review your order carefully, including product selections, sizes, and quantities, before completing your purchase.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24hours of delivery so we can review the issue and assist you. Please send email/ picture of product/etc.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to our final sale policy.

Elriash Collective is a Christ-centered company. Every bottle includes a carefully chosen Scripture reference as a reminder of God’s love, hope, and faithfulness.
